Given the warmer weather I could not wait to get OUTSIDE for some training. Unfortunately the dirt road s are a mix of sheer ice and mud. Consequently I headed to the football stadium for some bleacher hiking yesterday. After 55 minutes of continuous climbing and descending I called it good. This morning my calves are really talking to me!!
